If you have a measuring tape at home, you just have to measure your finger as it appears in the image and compare with the following table. You can also measure the inside of any ring you have.

Your order will be arriving between 1 and 3 business days after its shipment.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, between 2 and 5 business days after the date of purchase.

Shipments are made with DHL or FEDEX. For special cases, some other parcel will be used.

We have free shipping in Mexico from $1,100.00 MXN.

All international shipments cost $1000.00 MXN.

  1. Status of my order

You will receive an email or/and an SMS with your shipping guide as soon as we have shipped your order. With that shipping guide you can check the status of your order in real time. Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder.


  1. Payment methods

We accept payment by credit card, debit card and PayPal.

  1. Interest-free months

We have the payment option of interest-free months on purchases over $3,000.00 MXN only with PayPal.

  1. Invoices

We do not issue invoices.

  • Changes are made only during the first 7 calendar days after the purchase presenting the item to be changed in perfect condition.
  • We only have a change of size.
  • Changes are subject to availability of models and sizes.
  1. For changes in physical store:
    1. Changes in physical store do not generate cost.
    2. It is essential to present proof of purchase or order number.


  1. For online changes:
    1. The costs of both shipments (return of the product to be exchanged and new shipment) are to be paid by the customer.
